Shipping & Returns

Please allow four weeks from the date your order is placed for your items to be completed. This timeframe does not include shipping time.

All items are hand made in Fort Worth, Texas. Large orders may require more time; please contact us for more information about availability if this is the case.

Returns must be made in writing directly to orders@idamaehome.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons.
